Hi,

I have put my music from iTunes into a folder and imported it into a new playlist as the iTunes folder wouldn't import into songs. When I try to drag playlist into songs nothing happens?

Also, more frustratingly, I can listen to playlist on my laptop but if I try to listen to same playlist on the Spotify app on my phone all of the tracks are greyed out.

Can anybody help please - thanks.
