Impossible d'utiliser spotify

Bonjour. Je rencontre depuis hier mon premier problème avec spotify et il m'est impossible de le corriger tout seul. Je suis actuellement sur un compte spotify free. Le problème s'est déclenché lorsque j'ai réinstallé spotify sur mon pc windows 10 suffisamment récent pour que habituellement je n'ai pas ce genre de problème, mais depuis hier, lorsque je lance l'application, tout fonctionne correctement jusqu'au moment ou je lance une musique et là rien. J'ai essayé de redémarrer mon pc, de désinstaller et réinstaller en passant bien par le panneau de configuration puis par le microsoft store pour le réinstaller. J'ai même tenter de trafiquer un peu les fichiers en téléchargeant une version plus ancienne de spotify et rien y fait. Je me balade sur les forums depuis quelques heures déjà pour voir si quelqu'un a déjà rencontré le même problème mais je n'ai pas l'impression, alors si vous avez moyen de corriger ça par n'importe quel moyen ça serait très sympa ! Merci !

L'image montre ce qu'il se passe lorsque je lance une musique. Actuellement j'utilise bien la dernière version de spotify. ( regardez en bas à gauche )

Oh yeah, i will try replying in english if you don't mind my english. So, I have already read this article and I have tried all the things listed in it, and now that I think about it, it may be due to my computer somehow, because I tried to listen spotify on the web player and my phone and it worked fine, I don't really know what could have caused this malfunction but is there a way to reboot my computer or something like that ? thanks for your reply by the way !

oh and I forgot the screenshot. If you look at the bottom left, you will see that the music didn't start.
