My Question or Issue

Spotify web down on desktop PC, different browsers down too, App not working too. Account works on different PC or smartphone

Thanks for getting back to us and letting us know. 

 

Just to confirm, have you tried with a different internet connection? If you haven't, you can try creating a hotspot on your phone and using that.

 

If the issue persists, we suggest that you remove your host files. You can find the steps here to find out how.

Hey @WooYoungWoo,

 

Thanks for posting in the Community.

 

If your account works on a different device, then the issue is most probably related to the device the app is not working on.

 

Could you try reinstalling the app as described here? How did that go?

 

It's also important to try a different internet connection, e.g. a hot spot from a mobile device.

Tried. Didn't work. Every folder is deleted, could it be a problem of yours guys? My laptop works

I have tried a different Internet, not working.
So i went to try and follow the steps, i found the file and when i deleted a list of links and saved, it said i don't have the authorization to access the "hosts" file in system32. Then i also tried to force the authorization by changing everything to administrators and Complete Control, It worked! Thanks
