Library auto scroll not working + no multiple select

My Question or Issue

When moving playlists up or down on the sidebar, the panel does not auto scroll, which is a problem when working with large numbers of playlists because you have to drag a playlist multiple times to get it to the position you want (drag, then scroll, drag, then scroll).

This would be more tolerable if you could move multiple playlists at once, but as yet there seems to be no way to select multiple playlists for movement.
