Local File album title font size slightly larger than normal

My Question or Issue

While not necessarily an important issue, it really irks me to see the font size difference in my playlists. It feels really out of place and although not very obvious at first, once you notice it, it really starts to get on your nerves. The problem is that on local files, the album title's font size is slightly larger than normal (I don't think there is a font size difference in the song title or date added, they look pretty much the same)

The text at the very bottom of the image is the local file, the rest are from Spotify. You can notice the text is slightly larger.

Thanks for posting in the Community.

The app does support different fonts and doesn't set the Local Files metadata font equal to the in-app one. Could you try changing the font of the Local Files' metadata?

and how would i do that?
note: this issue happens on every single local file i have, so it's not just the font of the album title.

There are plenty of free metadata editors online, however we can't point you to a specific one. A quick Google search should point you in the right direction though 🙂

At the moment, the desktop app uses a slightly larger font to indicate all local files. If you'd like it to match the size of the regular tracks on Spotify, feel free to submit an idea about this on our Idea Exchange board. Others can then show their support by giving it a thumbs up and sharing their feedback.
