Local files not displaying properly

Somehow I have local FLAC files but none of them have their cover art displaying despite in other apps cover arts are properly shown. And for some music, the artist info is glitched.

Thank you for reaching out to the Community. 

We'd like to start with mentioning that there may be restrictions on what metadata Spotify can read. 

Can you try updating it manually?

We can also suggest that you make sure there's no old cache files causing this by following the steps here.

Another useful step is to change the source folder of the local files on the pc. The steps are: Uninstall Spotify on both devices > create a new folder somewhere else on the pc and move the local files there > install Spotify again > remove any potential source folders and add the new one > download the playlist again.
