Lost all my info when I got a new computer, can I get it back?

I use the desktop App, and I got a new computer and installed spotify and it seems all the songs that I liked from my radio stations in on my last computer are all gone.  Is there any way to get that back? Or at least to see my old Discover weekly playlists so I can try and find the songs again?

So you're saying that you can't see some of your saved music and playlists?
Let's try this:

Go to the web player, see if you can find your missing content there. If you can, then it's the client throwing tantrums. You can try logging out and back into the client, or perform a reinstall following this guide.
