cant open spotify

Try to run the program in compatibility mode. (right-click - Properties - Compatibility tab)
Did program work before?

it used to work earlier before I reinstall my windows due to some other problems right after that I can't seem to install Spotify because the message keeps popping up . it still doesn't  work.
