Lost capability of finding friends to follow

My Question or Issue

Hi,
I lost a capability of finding friends to follow. When I click "Find friends" button the window pops out with an error (see the screenshot). My Spotify account is connected to Facebook.

Do you guys know what might be the issue and how to solve this one?
