Mobile and PC display different playlists

Hi there 

I've searched the forum to find a solution, but couldn't. 

I got Spotify yesterday on my mobile, added my favorite artists, and got some nice recommendations. Then I downloaded the program to my PC, but here I got none of the recommended playlists. I am definitely logged on with the same username; I can even control my Spotify PC with the app, but somehow my preferences aren't synced. 

Any ideas?
