Hey @maixadinium,

 

Thanks for posting in the Community.

 

Have you tried logging out and back in again a few times on both devices after resetting the router? Do the apps sync if you use a different internet connection, e.g. a hot spot from your phone?

 

Does the syncing work if you use a different account?

Hello,

I don't know for a different account but the syncing doesn't work after logging back after restarting the router and on a different internet connection but it works on a different computer. I'm thinking it's how my computer handles the Spotify app.

Thanks for the reply and the troubleshooting you've tried.

 

Are you using the app version from the Microsoft Store or the one from the Spotify site? Could you try switching between the two?

 

Also create a new account for testing purposes and let us know how the new one behaves.
