Suddenly spotify got muted...System sound is fine..and spotify volume is also full but still...

I'm sorry to hear you're having issues with the audio

Now I need to know if you've tried any troubleshooting steps at this time.

What I can suggest is:

  • restarting the device
  • clearing app cache
  • trying a different network connection
  • switching accounts
  • trying a different device

I hope it's a real temporary issue that will be resolved soon.
