Multiple skipping

Multiple skipping

Multiple songs are skipping when I click "NEXT" button. It was happening once in 2 or 3 days, but it's happening daily.

Thanks for reaching out. 

 

Would you mind letting us know the make, model, OS version and the Spotify version currently running on the affected device?

 

Also, can you confirm if you've already gone through these steps for a clean reinstall of the app? This is often an overlooked step, but it can help you get rid of any cache that might be causing trouble.
