My Question or Issue

When opening spotify earlier today i noticed i couldnt download a certain song. I removed the song from my playlist and re added it, didnt work. i tried reinstalling spotify and was greeted with a message saying "firewall blocking spotify yada yada" i disabled my firewall and i was able to log in and everything works, i prefer to renable my firewall seeing as how i kind need it for saftey. when i renable it my music refuses to play, spotify has the ability to use both private and public networks. ive tried adding a rule both inbound and outbound, didnt work. the only option i have is to disable firewall but i dont exactly feel comfortable doing that. everything on my phone works perfectly fine.
