Musique qui se lance pas

Bon ça fait plusieurs semaine que j'ai se problème , plusieurs musique ne se lance pas ni de mon portable ni de mon pc, j'ai tout essayé et rien ne fonctionne je comprend vraiment pas alors que il marchait parfaitement juste avant  je n'ai rien changé à part de téléphone

Let's make sure your sound drivers are up to date both on your laptop and desktop, as this could be causing this issue.

If they're up to date but you're still getting the same error, try reinstalling Spotify to see if it helps.
