My Spotify doesn't work

I installed Spotify from the Microsoft Store and I ran it. I tried to log in putting my email and password but there was an error concerning the proxy or the firewall. I deactivated the proxy and then I checked the firewall and everything was ok. Next, I tried to log in by my Gmail and I succeed but every time I run the app there is an error and it advises me to refresh the page. I do it but there is the same error. 
I think my pc supports it and the software is Windows 10.

If possible, would you mind giving it a try using a different internet connection? 

If this doesn't do the trick, you could also try downloading the app directly from our page to see if you notice anything new.
