Hi there @hopetoomuch,
Thanks for the post.
In order to look further into this, can you share your current Spotify app version with us, as well as a screen recording of exactly what's happening, since we weren't able to reproduce this on our end.
Cheers.
Estou com o mesmo problema mas no desktop;
Hey folks,
Thanks for your replies.
@hopetoomuch, thanks for the video you kindly sent us. Did you notice if this started to happen after a specific event, such as an OS update? If yes, please send us the details.
On another note, did you notice if this is happening on a different device? Is it happening on the web player? It'd be awesome if you could check.
At the moment, it's possible to download the app from both the Microsoft Store and our Web page here. So in this case, if you install the desktop app from the web page, try to uninstall that version and try installing the one from the Microsoft one or vice versa.
@ederbrasil, we hope you don't mind us answering in English as this is the official language of the forum. That being said, can you let us know the exact make/model and OS of the affected device along with the Spotify version you are currently running?
On another note, can you confirm if you notice any difference by reinstalling the app on said device? You can do it by following the steps of this article. it'd be awesome if you could share with us a video recording of what you're mentioning. You can attach the video in your next reply in mp4 format, or you can also upload it to YouTube or Google drive and make it public, so we can visualize them.
Keep us in the loop!
