My Question or Issue

When i'm adding a duplicate on my list, the pop-up is not displayed any more. Duplicates are added on my list with message "X was added to you playlist.".

Issue reproduced after I changed my account from Free to Family.

As a first step, we recommend you try to reinstall the app. Instructions - here.

 

If that doesn't help, could you tell us the following info:

  • Does this happen on all devices you use?
  • The make, model and OS version of your devices.
  • When did you first notice this?
  • Do other members of your family plan have the same experience.
