No sound when playing via PC and installed speakers

My Question or Issue

Struggling to get sound.  No sound when playing on my PC.  I have sound from various other apps (MS Teams, Youtube etc).  I have made random changes to setting within Spotify with no success.  All driver are up to date.  Spotify worked floawlessly for years until about a month ago.  Any help is appreciated

In case you're using the app from our website, you can download it from the Microsoft store and vice versa to see if that makes a difference.

We'd suggest you also run a clean reinstall with these steps to see if that changes anything.

If the issue persists, could you share with us a video recording of it? We'll look into this further.
