My Question or Issue

i was wondering if I could monitor the audio output on my computer even while I’m listening on a different device. I want to use this to be able to make an audio visualizer that is processed by the computer, and Then sent to the visualizer. However since I have a desktop computer and I want to listen upstairs, I want to listen on my phone. Could I get the audio On the computer even though I’m Listening on my phone
