Odd window resolution

Odd window resolution

Brief description of the issue:

Using spotify in full screen has and odd resolution of 1936x1066, on a 1920x1080 display, seems to have some weird effects.

Effects include:

  1. Fullscreening while hovering on both monitors will create a small line on the other monitor edge.
  2. Screenshots capture more than just the window, same with OBS recording software.
  3. Creates a line beneath the taskbar that cant be clicked and only shows up during snap, doesnt apear when going from floating window to fullscreen using Windows+up.

Most programs have an 8 pixel space beyond the sides to allow for resizing, spotify's starts right at the edge, may also be why there is no drop shadow for spotify.

All fullscreen programs take the same 1936x1066 active window size but only spotify seems to have an issue with it. Using AHK window spy the spotify client window is 1936x1066 while other programs are the normal 1920x1058.

Steps to reproduce the issue:

  1. Fullscreen spotify
  2. Alt-prtsc takes a photo at 1936x1066

What steps you’ve tried already:

  1. Rebooting
  2. Single monitor and two monitors.
  3. Checked chrome, obs and games, do not have this problem.
