PC app not syncing music library

PC app not syncing music library

It happens to me quite often that I add new songs to my music library using my phone, and then when I open the PC app those songs are missing (app is not synchronizing correctly). Even though that when I open the browser version, I see those songs, that means this is not my phone's fault, it is clearly an issue in the PC app. And nothing helps unless I reinstall the app, which is higly inconvenient.

Is there an acceptable solution to this problem?

Hi there!

I know it sounds simple, but it's often overlooked. Could you try restarting your device? If that doesn't help, try a quick clean reinstall of the app. Just follow these steps. I'd also recommend reading this thread regarding your issue as it might help. 

If you're still having trouble, could you let me know the exact version of Spotify and the exact version of the operating system you're running?

I'll see what I can suggest next!
