Playlist Scrolling Lag

I am running a Dell XPS 13 9370 an dhave found that when scrolling my larger playlists the CPU usage increases largely and  lags.

I did a quick look for others with this issue and the closest thing i have found to a cause for this is the 4k screen causes the spotify UI to lag. I just want to know if anyone has found a fix other than lowering the screen resolution or any idea if spotify will update to fix this anytime soon?

Have you trying pressing Ctrl = or Ctrl + to change the apps zoom ?

It might do the trick.
