Playlist cover issues

Hey guy’s,

 

I’m having problems trying to update playlist covers just now. The images I’m using are all j-pegs and nowhere near the 4mb size limit. Keeps saying failed to save playlist changes. Please try again.

Thank you for your reply and confirmation.

 

Can you perform a clean reinstall of the app? This will make sure there's no old cache files causing this.

 

You can also try from the Web player to see if the issue persist.

 

Let us know how everything goes so that we can keep on assist you if you need us to 🙂

Yes I followed all of those steps but it wouldn’t work. I’ve done it loads of times before without an issue. Let me know if you want me to forward an image I was trying to use to check out. Thanks
