My Question or Issue

For a couple of months, whenever I added a new song to my playlist, it would not show so I had to unistall/re-install Spotify everytime. I did the same thing today and when I re-installed it, it says that my playlist is empty. When I tried to add a song I knew I had, it says that the playlist already contains it. I've tried uninstalling/re-installing the app multiple times to no luck.

 

Can you help me out?
