[Playlists] Display active playlist

As a user, I expect a way to easily navigate back to the active playlist as I browse other music. The only current way is via the sidebar; however, this only works for saved playlists and can become overwhelming to look at when there is a large amount.

Potential locations include: media control section, left sidebar (desktop), banner in middle panel

You can find out which playlist is currently playing by clicking on the album artwork in the lower left corner of the screen on the desktop app, which will take you to the playlist (or album or artist) that you’re playing from.
