My Question or Issue

Hello, is it possible to play playlists of local files located on my desktop with Amazon Alexa/Echo? It seems that it's not possible? If I want to play anything on Amazon/Echo, I receive the message, that "Spotify is not active on this device". Please help if possible! I've posted screenshots from steps 01-09.
