Premium account only possible with the Android App / Desktop not working!

This really is getting on my nervs. I just paid for a three month testing package installed the desktop version on my pc but it isn't possible to play one single song. No thumbnails are displayed and every time I try to play a song it says that this song is not available. But if I use my app on my mobile phone I can play the very same song without any problems. I already tried to uncheck all menue points in the "local files" section and also disabled the "high quality streaming" but nothing helped.

This is really not funny at all. Because I mainly wanted to use it on my desktop and not my mobile phone. Funny thing - If I play a song on my mobile phone I can see the same song on my desktop version playing its minutes but there is no sound at all. If I try to switch the devices back to desktop  the song stopps isn't playable again. Only if I switch back to my mobile phone I can start it again and listen to it on my mobile device.

What is wrong with spotify?
