Question about Radio feature

So I have some questions about the spotify future to create playlists based on song, playlist, or artist.

 * Does the radio update each time I add some songs to the playlist the radio is based on ? or when artists the song is based on added new track ?

* How does thumbs up/down affect the playlist, and is there any way to change what I chose if I accidentally clicked one of them ? to undo it ?

* and maybe some insight on how you use this future, and if you like it ? 🙂 is it better than playlist, mroe variety ?
