Question about local files?

I just signed up, but there are some songs I want to listen to that aren't available on Spotify. Most of these songs are Japanese and therefore foreign which is probably why they aren't available. So, I can just upload them, right? But what about copyright? I want to upload some songs that are admittedly copyright protected such as Mariya Takeuchi's music. If I were to upload these songs so that I may listen to them, would I get in trouble? Would my account be terminated? I also want to upload "remixes" of copyrighted songs like Wii Shop Bling (a mashup of Hotline Bling by Drake and the Wii Shop channel music). What about these?

Some of them can't be bought like the Drake x Wii Shop Channel mashup meaning I'm downloading them from YouTube using a converter. Do you think that would be against the rules?
