Queue function not present in new update?

When I right click in the new update of Windows, the queue function is removed??

The queue option has disappeared for me as well.  I can't use the dekstop program on my work computer, so this is referring to the web player. (Also how have you guys not fixed that Windows install issue in four years?  That thread is still active.)
