Randomly Skipping on PC - Windows 10

My Question or Issue

Getting really aggravated, sometimes i skip a song on PC and then in randomly skips through songs until i exit the program.  When I restart the program, it will resume playing on whatever song it ended on without me pressing play and I cannot PRESS play myself, skip songs, change playlists or anything.  I have literally restarted my PC 5 times TONIGHT. 
I have uninstalled the program and reinstalled it.
