Besides herring are not hearing the music, how can I check to see what Wi-Fi network I'm connected to.

I don't understand exactly what your question is, and what you mean by "same WiFi network" and "besides hearing or not hearing the music" in your post.  Spotify does not control WiFi connection, so if you need assitance with what WiFi your computer is connected to, you will need to contact your internet provider or Windows.
