Settings not saving

My Question or Issue

I am trying to enable the "Show my current Top Artists"  but every time I turn it on it does not save. I have tried uninstalling and closing and re-opening and it dont work. 
Does anyone have any suggestions?

That's really unfortunate.So this happens even when you close and re open spotify and not only when you close your computer?Because if the latter happens maybe i know a fix.

Yes, I close and re open spotify and it turns it back off. I even tried restarting/shutting down my computer and it still does the same.
