Shuffle still doesn't work

My Question or Issue

 Shuffle still doesn't work, it only selects a section of my playlist and i have to scroll to different parts of my playlist to get it to play songs from there. 

This is happeneing on all platforms apart from ironically the Sonos link app which somehow made a better app for spotify than you guys can.
