Shuffled playlist not really shuffled

So slightly odd and really really annoying. 

I have this happening in 2 ways.

1. On Windows Universal and Full Fat Client, shuffle isn't really shuffled, it shuffles the titles and stuff but all the artists start with "A" so as a shuffle it is pointless.

2. On Android shuffle isn't really shuffled all the artists are shuffled but all the songs are in alphabetical order. 

In both cases this is rubbish and annoying and I can't for the life of me find a link to log a call with Spotify about this.

Spotify has refused (for years) to do anything about this.  But I just launched a web-based utility to do what they wouldn't do:
