Songs from Local Files disappearing every time you turn on the device (Win 10)

Songs from Local Files disappearing every time you turn on the device (Win 10)

A few days ago, most of my synced local songs on my laptop suddenly turned gray (unavailable). On the other hand, the ones that are on my phone works perfectly normal just like downloaded songs. A simple solution I found, is to replace the files with the same songs in the same path. Alternatively, I could copy and paste the song into that same path folder creating a copy file. The major issue is that it needs to be repeated every time you turn on the device.

Below is a picture of my local files settings. 1 on OneDrive and the other on 😧

Here are the songs that I tried to download

A few seconds ago, I discovered that the 4th song (Koi no Uta) had already been released worldwide, Is there any connection between this and my problem?

Local files with non-english characters aren't working atm, more on that here: https://community.spotify.com/t5/Ongoing-Issues/Desktop-Local-files-with-special-characters-or-non-E... Most of my local files are Japanese too... it's annoying as **bleep**
