Spotify Blank Screen (Windows)

So my spotify has recently decided to stop working... When I try to load it, it loads; but it's blank. See attached. 

I've reinstalled, updated my graphics drivers as well as tried the cmd trick:

%APPDATA%\Spotify\spotify.exe --disable-accelerated-layers --disable-accelerated-fixed-root-background

None of it works.

Any ideas?

Did you try  install it as a different version of windows or using it in safe mode with networking? or  installing as admin, few simply troubleshooting steps like that
