Spotify Closes immediately after being opened- Windows 10

When I open spotify on my computer, it opens and immediately closes. I have tried troubleshooting for a while and cannot get it to work.

I have:
Restarted computer

Uninstalled and resinstalled spotify

Uninstalled Spotify, ensured C:\Users\<USERNAME>\AppData\Local\Spotify is gone, reinstalling

Looked in Task manager for the process, it was not there

Cannot seem to resolve this. Works just fine on my linux machine, but I have issues on windows
