Spotify Connect is not working

Situation

I have Spotify at Home and in my Office. Everything worked fine in my Office till last week. Spotify was playing there via a Creative Omni speaker, connected via Wifi. The weired thing is, that I have two PCs in the Office with Spotfiy and none of them can't see the Speaker anymore. What I did:

- re-installed Spotify

- re-started the router

- turned off the Firewall and the AntiVirus program

- set the speaker to the factory settings and connected to the WLAN

I can see the speaker on my iPhone and I can see the speaker on my Windows PCs. I can see the settings of the speaker via my browser.

Another weired thing is, that I can see in Spotify a speaker which is at Home (kilometers away in a different network).
