Hello, i can't use spotify connect in the desktop app. If i am listening on my android phone or android TV, these devices won't appear on desktop app for some reason.

They appear if i use the web player and all devices can "see" each other but not using the desktop app.

I've tried reinstalling the latest versions but the problem persists... i can even listen two different songs at same time with the same account on computer and on other device.

Can someone help?

We'd suggest you give these steps a go and run a clean reinstall. By doing that you can make sure the cache is not causing any issues.

 

If that doesn't help, you can restart the router. It's important that the devices are on the same WiFi network.

 

If the issue persists, you can try with another account. That way we can check if it's an account-related issue.
