Spotify Desktop Black Screen

Hello,

I have black screen problems in spotify for some time. The application emits a sound on my post as if a window is blocked.

Steps to reproduce the issue:

1. I have unstall and install the new version
   
2. I have disable firewall and antivirus
3. I have run malwarebytte and ccleaner for clean my desktop.
   
4. Run spotify in adminstrator.

What steps you’ve tried already:

Windows 7 64 BITS

Type of Spotify account you have Premiun.
