Spotify Does Not Open

My Question or Issue

Hello,

Up until a few months ago, the Spotify Player (Windows 10) was working fine. However, now when I try to open it, nothing happens. There are no tasks with "Spotify" in it running in the Task Manager.

I have already reinstalled twice, and it seems I'm missing the Local AppData file for the program. Any ideas?
