Spotify Installer Issue

Hi there,

I have encounter an issue with Spotify Installer today, at first the program wanted to do an "update" when I attempt to open the app on my desktop (Windows 7 pro) and the Spotify Installer was idling forever. So I forced "end task" on it and then decided to uninstall and reinstall Spotify on my desktop again (start fresh, also restarted the computer) and I downloaded the desktop app (SpotifySetup.exe) from the offcial Spotify site and once I double click on the exe file, after the download process, the Spotify Installer is back in idle mode (see attached image). Can anyone please help me to solve this issue? I am a premium Spotify user and now I've lost my desktop access 😞
