Spotify Sound Keeps Fluctuating, Getting Louder and Quieter

For a while now, the Spotify program's volume frequently fluctuates from loud to soft throughout all of the songs I try to play. It's gotten to the point where I am unable to listen to music without constantly adjusting my sound.

I been having this problem as well. I am currently using Windows 7 Enterprise and what worked for me was the stupid DTS settings. 

1) Open up the DTS audio controls

2) Click on the "listening experience" tab

3) Disable the "Audio Enhancement" option

This worked for me so let me know if it worked
