I have error code 17 and I installed old full installer. Everything fine but i don't have (or only I just don't see) a update option and my spotify looks ugly

That's a very old version! The notification bell for example hasn't been around for a very long time already.
I'm afraid it's not possible to make that version look any better simply because Spotify is not supporting it anymore. Some features no longer work either.
Do you get this error code 17 when installing Spotify from both the downloadable installer and the Windows Store?

I use an older build but I run Vista, I don't see if you have W10 why u installed such an old version? I don't believe that old build will auto update? You may have to do a manual update?
