Spotify Web player not working

My Question or Issue

 for the firs time in my life i tried to use the spotify web player [https://open.spotify.com] and all it shows is this (Screenshot), i tried clearing cache, clearing cookies, restarting the PC, restarting the Router, changing browsers and disabling antiviruses... pretty much everything

i do not use VPN or Proxy, my main Browser is Chrome
