My Question or Issue

Sometimes, randomly, the song I'm listening to will stop playing, but the seekbar continues playing. The only way I can fix it is by restarting the song. It's really annoying.

Hey @EERIEVERSIBLE,

Thanks for posting in the Community.

Could you try performing a clean reinstall of the app as described here, just to make sure, that you're running a fresh installation of the app?

What other troubleshooting steps have you tried? It's important to try and reproduce this issue with a different account on the same device and with your account on another device so we can exclude account related issues. Same goes for the internet connection - try switching it with a hot spot from a mobile device for example.

Let us know how that went,

Cheers!

I tried the clean reinstall and it just didnt work. I also tried just uninstalling and reinstalling prior and that didnt work either. I looked it up and found a suggestion to clear the cache, but i couldnt find an option to do that anywhere. should i just use the browser, rather than the app?

Hey @EERIEVERSIBLE,

Thanks for the reply.

For the time being you can use the web browser while we help you out with the troubleshooting, yes.

Is it possible for you to try a different account on your device to see if the issue persists? Also try switching network connections, e.g. with a hot spot from your phone.

Let us know how that went,

Cheers!
