Spotify Windows auto restart after 2-3 minutes of song playing

As the title suggests, my Spotify software downloaded mainly from the website keeps on crashing and restarting. I don't know if the term "crash" is the right one to be used in here since it does not give error messages as well. It auto restarts even if you just open it without playing any music and as well as while playing some songs. It seems like it's auto-updating however I'm not giving permission to restart the program. What should I do? This is only a PC problem and I'm running Windows 10. Android and iPad is OK. HELP! 😄
