My Question or Issue

I cannot use the last version of Spotify. Whenever I start the program, It crashes after 5 seconds or so. I already attempted a clean install.

 

Please, advise.

Could you confirm for us if you have reinstalled the app from the Microsoft store when you completed your clean reinstall?

 

We'd also recommend updating your computer's drivers and giving it a quick restart to sync up the changes.

  

If the issue persists, we'll need to know if you able to access the web player and if Spotify can run in Safe Mode.

 

We'll be on the lookout for your reply.

Apologies for my very late response.

I believe it was some kind of issue with my system after all. It suddenly started working again after a few days.
